The material used, called "bagasse", is a waste product left over after the extraction of juice from sugar cane. If you want your establishment to be perceived as environmentally friendly, even in small matters such as small sauce packaging, this product perfectly meets these requirements. It is a biodegradable, compostable product. What's more, it is very practical: it can be heated in the microwave, frozen, used for hot and cold dishes, and you can put olive oil in it without worrying about leaks – the packaging is very tight.
