Privacy Policy for the "PAKOWANKO" Mobile Application

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the PAKOWANKO mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), available on Google Play.

2. What data do we collect?

The Application collects information necessary for its proper functioning, order fulfilment and security.

A. Data provided by the user:

• Email address and password: Necessary to create an account and log in (authentication).

• Order data: Information about products added to the basket and favourites.

B. Data collected automatically:

• Device identifiers: For sending push notifications (if the user has given their consent).

• System logs and errors: Information about application crashes (Crashlytics) to improve stability.

C. Phone permissions: The application may request access to:

• Gallery/Storage: To enable photo previews or profile management (library react-native-image-picker).

• Internet: To download the current product offering and synchronise with the server.

• Notifications: To inform you about the status of your orders.

3. Third Party Services

The application uses third-party providers who may process user data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

1. Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics):

   • Used for logging in, databases, sending notifications and error analysis.

2. Shoper (API Integration):

   • The application retrieves product and price data from the Shoper platform.

4. Purpose of data processing

Data is processed for the purpose of:

• Providing services electronically (account management, browsing the offer).

• Fulfilling wholesale/retail orders.

• Communicating with the User (status notifications, responses to requests).

• Ensuring the security and stability of the Application.

5. Data deletion

The User has the right to request the deletion of their account and related data at any time. To do so, please:

2. Or (if available) use the "Delete account" option in the Application settings.

The data will be deleted from our servers (Firebase) within 30 days of the request, excluding data that we are required to store for legal reasons (e.g. invoices, order history for accounting purposes).
