GENERAL INFORMATION

Pakowanko's priority is to process your order as quickly as possible. We prepare goods that are in stock for shipment as soon as we receive payment or place an order on a cash on delivery basis. The time of shipment depends on when the order is received or when payment is credited.

Placing an order and making payment before 11:00 a.m. guarantees that your order will be processed.

1. The www.pakowanko.com store is not responsible for late delivery of parcels due to the fault of the courier company.
2. The delivery time for orders carried out by a courier company is from 1 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may be changed.
3. The delivery cost is always indicated at the time of ordering.
4. The minimum order value for free delivery is PLN 600 gross. If this amount is exceeded, the delivery costs are covered by Pakuwalny Dom.
5. The cost of delivery by GLS and DHL courier services is calculated based on weight. The maximum weight of a parcel is:
   GLS / DHL - 30 kg
   Intime - 25 kg
6. Standard parcels are delivered on working days from 8:00 to 18:00 without any delivery time restrictions. The courier is also not obliged to notify you of the time of delivery. For private individuals, we recommend purchasing disposable containers via the Inpost courier service.
7. For restaurants that wish to cooperate more closely, we offer additional credit options for recurring orders - in this case, please contact our customer service department at +48 668 845 530.
8. Packages are always delivered in cardboard boxes, inside which there are sleeves with a smaller amount of products.
9. Full cardboard boxes are shipped from warehouses located in Berun or Chojów. Smaller batches are shipped from the warehouse in Ruda Śląska.
10. All complaints regarding quantity and quality should be made in the presence of the courier (the courier always has a damage report form, which should be filled out in his presence and then sent by e-mail to info@pakowanko.com).
11. Samples are always ordered after prior contact by e-mail (info@pakowanko.com) or by phone +48 698 487 022. Samples and their shipment are free of charge.
