The material used, called "bagasse", is a waste product left over after extracting juice from sugar cane. If you want your establishment to be perceived as environmentally friendly, even in small matters such as small sauce packaging, this product perfectly meets these requirements. It is a biodegradable product, suitable for composting. What's more, it is very practical: it can be heated in the microwave, frozen, used for hot and cold dishes, and you can put oil in it without worrying about leaks – the packaging is very tight.
