• Production set-up costs: The price listed on the product page does not include the cost of producing the polymer plate for flexographic printing. The final cost of the plate is calculated individually and depends directly on the number of colours and the complexity of the graphic design.
• Fast turnaround time: The production time for the first batch (including technical preparation of the machinery) is between 10 and 14 days. We deliver every subsequent repeat order using the same plate in just 7 days.
• Important technical information (weights and tolerances): Due to the specific nature of processing roll and sheet goods (machine start-up, film tension), the final weight of the finished batch may differ slightly from the specifications and be higher than the minimum of 50 kg. In such cases, the number of sheets supplied increases in proportion to the weight. By placing an order, you accept the final settlement based on the actual weight of the manufactured goods. Any additional charge for the surplus is settled prior to dispatch.
