• Set-up costs: The price quoted on the website does not include the cost of producing the photopolymer plate for flexographic printing. The final cost of the plate is calculated individually depending on the specifics and number of colours in your graphic design.
• Express production time: The lead time for the first batch (including technical machine set-up) is 10 to 14 days. We process every subsequent repeat order using the same plate in just 7 days.
• Important information regarding production and weights: Due to the specific technological nature of the production process for roll and sheet products (machine start-up, web tension), the final weight of the finished batch may differ slightly from the specifications and be higher than the minimum of 50 kg. In such cases, the number of sheets supplied increases in proportion to the weight. By placing an order, you accept the final settlement based on the actual weight of the manufactured goods. Any additional charge for the excess is settled before the goods are dispatched.
