ORDERING AND PRODUCTION PROCEDURE:

The process of ordering customised pizza mats is simple and fully transparent. Please refer to the technical steps below:

• Set-up costs: The price quoted on the website does not include the cost of producing the printing plate. The final cost of the plate is calculated individually and depends on the number of colours used in your design.
• Express production time: The lead time for the first batch (including pre-press) is up to 2 weeks. We process every subsequent repeat order in just 1 week.
• Important information regarding production and weights: Due to the technical nature of the production process for roll and sheet products, the final weight of the finished batch may differ slightly from the specifications and be higher than the minimum of 50 kg. In such cases, the number of sheets supplied increases in proportion to the weight. By placing an order, you accept the final settlement based on the actual weight of the manufactured goods. Any additional charge for the excess is settled before the goods are dispatched to the customer.
