Mediclean 540 - Liquid for machine washing dishes in commercial dishwashers - specifications: 

• Concentrate for washing dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment in industrial dishwashers and commercial dishwashers
• Low-foaming, neutral odour
• Capacity: 10 litres
• 1 litre of concentrate = up to 1,000 litres of working solution
• Composition: 5-15% polycarboxylates, <5% phosphonates
• Does not contain chlorine or phosphates.

• Application: Alkaline concentrate for washing tableware, glassware, cutlery and kitchen equipment in industrial dishwashers and catering washers. Removes protein, sugar and starch residues, hard-to-wash, dried-on food residues. The highest cleaning efficiency is achieved when using demineralised or soft water. Low-foaming formula with a neutral odour. Does not contain chlorine or phosphates. Do not use on aluminium or light metal alloys.
• For professional use only. The product can be used in combi steamers.

Directions for use: Recommended use according to the dishwasher cycle, on average 1-5 ml/1 litre of water (for demineralised or softened water); increase the concentration of the product as the water hardness increases. In the case of hard water, an acidic rinse aid and dish polish should also be used.
