Baking paper
Universal baking paper can be used when preparing delicious baked goods and more.
Thanks to it, in addition to traditional baked goods such as cakes, biscuits, buns and rolls, you can easily roll out shortcrust pastry, for example. It is ideal for fat-free baking of chips, roast potatoes and vegetables. The paper is suitable for both home use and for work in the catering or confectionery industry.
The silicone coating of the baking paper, which is made from natural wood pulp, is 100% free of hazardous contaminants, dyes and additives, making baking not only easier, but above all safe and non-toxic. In addition, this paper does not react with food, does not transfer flavour, and does not contaminate dishes or ingredients.
Universal size for many solutions. Parchment paper is 30 cm wide and sold in 50 m rolls - it fits most standard baking trays. It can be folded and easily cut to any shape, even the most demanding ones - round cake tins, loaf tins, tart tins and even muffin tins by dividing the sheet into many smaller pieces.
Flexible and practical, the paper can be easily adjusted to fit smaller and larger baking trays. It can successfully replace aluminium foil or cling film, thus reducing the amount of plastic used in the kitchen.
Baking paper
Our parchment paper has a weight of 40 g/m2, which directly translates into resistance to grease, water and any by-products generated in the kitchen during cooking, frying or baking.
The baking paper we offer does not burn or get wet, and also prevents baked goods, transported pizzas and all kinds of pastries from sticking to the surface.
Baking paper - not just for baking trays
- When used on a baking tray, the surface is protected against problematic grease dripping into the mould.
- Thanks to the silicone coating, there is no need to grease the paper, and baked goods will be easier to remove from the tray.
- An unquestionable advantage is the fact that it protects the tray from difficult-to-remove dirt and baking residues, making any stains easier to clean.
- By placing a sheet of parchment paper between each layer in a container or box, you can prevent icing from smearing and baked goods and sweets from sticking to each other. In addition, it prevents sticky dough from sticking to the tray and being difficult to remove, making cleaning much easier.
Baking paper - an indispensable helper in the kitchen
This parchment paper is resistant to high temperatures, so you can safely use it in the oven or microwave up to 230 degrees Celsius.
Placing it on a baking tray means that you no longer need to use additional fat when preparing your favourite dishes, and the biscuits will slide off it by themselves. Covering the baking tray with baking paper makes it easier to clean. It is perfect for separating layers of baked goods, meringues or caramels, preventing them from sticking together and smearing, e.g. icing.
This parchment paper is resistant to high temperatures and can be safely used in the refrigerator, oven and microwave. Even at high temperatures of up to 230 degrees Celsius, it will not catch fire or curl up.
