What is the ordering process like?
We care about your satisfaction, which is why we guide you through the entire process step by step:
- Submitting artwork: Once you’ve placed your order, send us your logo or artwork along with guidelines on how it should be laid out.
- Free visualisation: Our team will prepare a professional design (visualisation) for you, superimposed onto the cup template.
- Approval: Once you have approved the design, we send the mugs to production.
- Production: Production takes around 2 weeks on average, after which the finished product is sent to your address.
