Why paper?

It is an alternative to polypropylene (PP) plastic sealable containers. Paper is a 100% eco-friendly solution, in line with the philosophy of Pakowanko, a manufacturer of eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging for the catering industry. In addition, a special waterproof wax coating ensures that the packaging is 100% leak-proof. Another advantage of using paper for sealed containers is the fact that the packaging can be easily branded using a stamp or sticker.

How do compostable heat-sealed packaging work?

Pakowanko sugar cane lunch containers are used in exactly the same way as common polypropylene plastic packaging with heat-sealable film. They fit 98% of heat sealers found in restaurants and available on the market. 

If you have problems matching the sealing machine to our packaging, we offer a service to deliver a new mould that fits the cane sealing containers, or to modify your current moulds.
