Returns and complaints

Submitting a complaint
To submit a complaint, please follow these steps:

1. Return/complaint form You may
withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: info@pakowanko.com. You can also send a handwritten statement. The statement should contain the following information: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for the complaint, order number, date of purchase and date of the defect.

2. Returning the product
When making a complaint, please return the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping The
product subject to complaint should be sent to the following address:

Please note! You can also contact our Customer Service Department, and we will collect the product subject to complaint from you.

Return of goods
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods, while complaints regarding quantity discrepancies are accepted up to 48 hours after delivery. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please write the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Please also include all accessories received with the product(s) and the receipt or invoice with the package containing the statement and the returned product(s).

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer, inter alia, in relation to a contract:

  • where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs,
  • where the subject of the service are items which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items.
